Biography

Rahul Balaram has dedicated his career to fighting for the people and ensuring that every one of his clients receives compassionate, zealous and excellent representation. He knew from the moment he stepped into law school that his only goal was to defend the people of the State of California in the most difficult time of their lives.

As a deputy public defender in Solano County, Rahul represented hundreds of clients; honing his skills as a trial attorney and expanding his legal knowledge. Rahul is known for his excellent trial skills, his unrelenting work on behalf of his clients and the excellent results that his clients receive. Currently, Rahul works on the misdemeanor conflict panel in Sonoma County where represents indigent clients who cannot be represented by the public defender’s office.

Rahul opened the Balaram Law Office in Santa Rosa recently and has already found a great connection with the people of Sonoma County. Rahul prioritizes communication with his clients and is available by text and phone 24/7. He understands that the court process can be confusing, frustrating and cause difficulties in people’s lives beyond the courthouse.
